<p>Small Chance at University of Chicago, but I can see it working out if your application and essays are positioned correctly.</p>

<p>UIUC will be a bit more unpredictable cause of your grades and ACT, but their high acceptance rate makes it possible. I know OOS students who got in who weren’t perhaps up to par academically (and weren’t athletes/urms either)</p>

<p>College Confidential guideline: Build your list from the bottom up. Add one or two safety schools that you like.</p>
