<p>How hard is it to join the beats? I saw them at open house weekend and they were AMAZING. Is it very competitive to get into?</p>

<p>it’s a “band” of sorts but without traditional instruments. it stands for beat everything at Tufts. it’s drumming but with watering cans, and trash cans, and water bottles, and tin buckets, and anything else that will make a noise. they were truly awesome.</p>

<p>no but seriously, the BEATS are awesome. Loud, but freakin awesome. Also DEFINITELY go and see Blackout if you have a chance, they’re insanely good.</p>
