Basically I’m going into my junior year in high school I didn’t give much effort up until this point but I found out about Electrical engineering and It’s the one job of ever heard about that I would actually like to do even though I haven’t gotten great grades up to this point is there still a chance for me to become an electrical engineer i’ve always been interested in how electronics work so I know that I’ll always be interested in the work
EE is not one of those fields where you can just jump straight into. But if you’re really interested in it, go for it.
- Please take the time to improve your grammar. It took me quite a long time to understand what you're trying to say due to the lack of periods.
- as @MITer94 mentioned, EE is not a field you can jump straight into. Majoring in EE will be very difficult; it is arguably the hardest engineering major out there. You will have to work very hard and turn yourself around to succeed in college. You mentioned you were interested in how electronics work. I think you might want to check out Electrical Engineering Technology. It's not as rigorous a curriculum as Electrical Engineering and it is more hands on. I think you might like it more, but not too many colleges offer it. Do some research on it and see if it's your thing! That being said, if you want to stick to EE, then by all means stick to it; but do understand that it requires hard work and dedication.
