<p>Do you guys have any tips? What do they look for and want to see in a future RA? I know there is a group interview and then a one on one interview. How can I make sure I have what they are looking for in an RA and come off as having those qualities in the interviews?</p>
<p>be outgoing and honest. have some leadership experience, and read up on the lifebook a little bit so you can show some knowledge in the 1-on-1 about BU policies. and if you don’t know the answer to something, be honest and say you dont know rather than make up some totally ridiculous and incorrect answer. however, just know that if you’re too outgoing they’ll probably put u in a freshman dorm rather than apartment-style housing.</p>
