<p>How comfortable are the beds at Tufts? (I’ll be living in Haskell)… I have the mattress pad and the egg-crate pad that I got in the residential package, but would a memory foam pad be better than the egg grate one?</p>
<p>I used just an egg crate and was perfectly comfortable. Most people I knew had an egg crate, but memory foam wasn’t really as popular as it is now when I was living in the dorms (even though it was just a few years ago). There are a lot of places around Tufts where you could buy the memory foam, so maybe it’s worth seeing if the egg crate is comfortable enough for you before spending extra $$ on the memory foam?</p>
