I was born in NJ but moved to the West Bank when I was little. Moved back to NJ when I was 8, was supposed to be in 2nd but started in 1st as I spoke no english. My dad retired when I finished the 4th grade so we moved to CA for cheaper rent. I finished 5th grade and soon moved to Bolivia because it was even cheaper there. After an year in Bolivia my parents decided to move back to CA because they needed medical care. I started the 7th grade in Bakersfield and have been here since then.

What are my chances of getting accepted to a UC or a CSU?

I don’t think your chances are very high if you’re applying to a UC. Your GPA, despite its improving trend, is very low, as are your standardized test scores.

How are your extracurriculars?

UCs don’t use freshman grades. You need to calculate a UC GPA. I think this applies to CSUs as well.
