<p>Let’s just say my stats are …3.6 UW GPA, 31 ACT :P</p>
<p>It helps competitive applicants stand out from the pool somewhat. It does not help applicants who are not already competitive for admission, and it certainly doesn’t help anywhere near as much as it does at division I schools.</p>
<p>admitted students for the class of 2010:
average gpa: 3.9
act: 32-34 (middle 50%)</p>
<p>That’s what I thought. Oh well. :P</p>
