<p>Non tradionalists welcome; a particularly unbureaucratic administration, pets welcome, students individualizedrather than tracked through to be one style when they exit in 4 years, creative in apporach, not hung up on Phd’s and vanity walls, (unless of course they are playbills and trophy cases for oscars and tonys, risk takers, not too concerned with parents who want to know what their kid will be doing 4 years from now and how they will be employed, willing to live in the present and in the moment, great ideas exchanged rather than worship of professors…get the jist And yes, even so far as to be challenged to create your own Braodway theater. No limits.</p>
