Hi. I am about to write short supplemental essay (max 250 words) to bentley university. Question is: If you could change one thing about your high school career, what would it be?

I attend High School in Europe. To be honest, I wouldn’t change anything at all in my high school career. I think that I’ve used all that my school has to offer to its full potential and I am really with what I’ve achieved over those years in HS.

Is that a good idea to write that I would’t change anything at all or should I really try to find something that I would change? What are actually good things/aspects to mention?

Thank you. Deadline is approaching (January 7th) and I am still confused about it.

Please guys tomorrow is a deadline and I am totally confused.

The UVA essay asked what I would change about their honor code. I wrote that I wouldn’t change anything because of its brevity.

I suggest you expand on the idea that you wouldn’t change anything. Why wouldn’t you change it? What about your high school career works? What would happen if it did change, negative & positive?

I find it easiest to write an essay if I tell the truth about what I’m feeling.

Just be honest, my family friend is a college admissions officer who goes through all of the essays and everything, and she told me that she can tell right away if someone’s faking through an essay.
Like Lizzzyk said, expand.

Good things to mention could be your academic accomplishments or how much you got done through your extracurriculars, but it’s good to add a touch of youth and humanness and talk about your friends and classmates, the teachers you’ve liked, the high school experiences in general.

As long as you write it well, it doesn’t matter.

How about adding classes that interest you - especially, the type they have at Bentley
