<p>honestly…ucsd is my top choice…i just aplied to berkeley because i had an extra fee waiver form…soo…im didnt expect much, however, i was suprised to get a supplement questions…and so now, after being accepted to ucsd, berkeley takes over ucsd, and is now currrently my top choice</p>

<p>Yeah… I found my name on the list as well, and I really don’t want to assume anything for sure before I see the actual results. I do believe this is fairly legit though. it would be interesting if we end up getting rejected. </p>

<p>Yeah, for me, even if I were to somehow get into Columbia or Harvard, I would still want to go to Berkeley. Nothing is comparable to Berkeley’s Chem program. </p>

<p>Northwestern is my top choice but I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to go to Berkeley. I would also love to go to UCLA, which I got into, so pretty much if I get rejected from NU and Cal it’s no big deal! :)</p>

<p>I think we’ll have to post that “the names have been erased” every other post or something… a lot of people just read the very first post and just assume they got rejected. only for a day more though :)</p>

<p>My full name is on there too… weird, as are the names of freshmen I know there. What is weird, though, is that some kids who have already been accepted there are not listed. Regardless of what it indicates, I’m just curious to know why my name is there…</p>
<p>^ Try to click on your name to see if your Calnet number starts with 9xxxxxx. If it starts with any other number, then it might be some current student with the the same name.</p>
<p>My number does start with a 9. Its pretty strange that my name is there, especially if it does so happen to indicate admission. I never really expected to be admitted to Berkeley… not that I necessarily have been yet.</p>
<p>It’s not true guys. There are probably students with the SAME name that go to UCB.</p>
