I know someone at my school who knew she had already been accepted through the Regents scholarship thing and yet her name isn’t showing up on the list.

However I’m guessing that if your name is on the list then you probably did get accepted.

I didn’t get in and my full name is STILL on the directory! And my name is not common. I am 100% positive that no else applied to UC Berkeley who has my exact name. AH!

well this rejection has decided for me that i’m definitely going to ucla, and i tried not to get too hopeful that my name was on there, but i am wondering why its there, and why it was still there after everyone said they’re name was taken off. i don’t think i care enough to call though, i think you should though if you’re really upset. was it your first choice?

sasha93: ucla is actually my 1st choice too and i got in there. berkeley was a close 2nd though. i’m not mad anymore, just confused why my name is up.
mickjagger: i’m 100% sure that no one in our entire country has my exact name. my last name is uncommon, i’ve never heard of someone else who has even had a middle name that’s an adjective like mine, and i have a “III” after my last name because i have a legacy name.
