<p>Does “moving out of the house” for the summer and returning for the Spring/Fall semester void your squatter’s rights?</p>

You should be aware that new members are rarely assigned to the apartments in their first semester, although getting a space in the Rochdale or Fenwick apartments after one semster is highly probable.”</p>
<p>Can someone confirm that one semester members actually have a good chance of getting singles? I am only interested in singles so having a triple/quad is going to be immensely troublesome for me, and I am not sure if I can endure having one for 3 to 4 semesters.</p>
