<p>so on my application, under the additional information, i wrote how i was sick during my junior year and was in the emergency room for 3 days. so i wrote how that affected my first semester junior year grades (i got 4 B’s…still a 4.3 gpa). </p>
<p>so i got this questionnaire thing from berkeley asking me to expand on my medical condition. they’re also asking for my senior year fall semester grades.</p>
<p>so the thing is, i’m healthy right now, but i have a C in physics, and almost all B’s in my other classes. </p>
<p>so should i do the supplement/questionnaire (which is supposedly only supposed to help my chances), or should i not because i have to send my senior year grades (i have no excuse for the C in ap physics except that that class is extremely hard)</p>
