<p>hi i am currently a 2nd year Berkeley student. Im planning on transferring to UCLA psychology, GPA: 3.91, after this semester I’d be done with most of my pre-reqs except one which I will take next semester.
Do i have a good chance for UCLA?

<p>out of 27 applicants from Berkeley last year, 6 were accepted.
a 3.91 GPA is freaking incredible for being at Cal, so i’d say around 100% likely, esp. with the pre-reqs done.</p>

<p>Why does everybody assume he or she is transferring because of a significant other? If they were willing to share why they wouldn’t have just left it at “personal reasons”.</p>

<p>Yes, it will affect your application. As a UC to UC transfer completion of GE’s (UC Reciprocity) is highly advantageous. Keep in mind that 27 people applied to UCLA from Berkeley last year, and only 6 were admitted. However, I think with your 3.91 and completion of prereqs you should be in pretty decent shape.</p>
