Berkeley vs LSE

Hi everyone,

I have gotten into London School of Economics and Political Science and University of California, Berkeley. I intend to major in Economics. Which one do you think is better and why?

They’re both excellent colleges. LSE has the edge in international reputation for economics and, of course, is a year shorter. Where are you from? Is there an appreciable cost difference and if so, does it matter?

I am a little confused about the timing of this post for class of 2024 - did you just get off a waitlist for one of them, or what?

LSE all the way.
