Well, the first time I took the ACT I got a 30 with no studying.

my writing and CR were around 27, my science was a 29 and my math was a 36.

I was hoping someone could state a good writing/CR/Science prep book because I’m going to take the ACT again in September.

I would like to know this too.

I would get the Princeton Review Cracking the ACT. That is what I just bought and am using.

I must say that the PR book doesn’t have very helpful strategies for the science or reading sections. It’s alright for the english and math sections though.

^ Ok, I have not gotten that far yet but it seems pretty helpful so far. Love the humor in it, makes me able to read it for more than 10-20 minutes at a time.
