<p>I am a junior and will be taking the ACT in February. I’ve been doing individual prep since September but i know im going to need a prep course. So which one is the best because i need the one that will give me the most bang for the buck. All my practice scores have been between a 26-28 and my goal is at least a 32. For the record I really want to go to Rice University and just in case my GPA is a 4.5. Thank You for answering.</p>
