Best Advertising/Mass Com Colleges

Hi! I am still a Junior in High School with a 96% average (which I guess would be about a 3.8 or 4 GPA?) I have a very strong curriculum with three AP courses and plan on taking two more next year. I am a member of NHS, and have been a member of an International Volunteer Organization since 2008 doing hands on work at a Community Project in the outsides of the city where I live. I am also an Equestrian, which takes up a lot of my free time because I have to train and I show at least every other weekend. I am 100% bilingual but even though Spanish is my native language I'd rather read & write in English.

The thing is, I am International. I go to a highly accredited American School but I am not a US citizen or resident. My passion is Creative Writing but I wish to pursue that as a Minor not a Major. I am thinking about Majoring in Advertising or Mass Communications. Tuition is an issue because of the exchange rate, my parents can probably afford an average of $15,000 to $20,000 a year for my education so I plan on working hard for my SATs because a Merit Scholarship would improve my chances for a better school, and as a minority I know that I might have a chance (though it is not easy, but I still want to try!)

Some of the best schools do not offer aid (scholarships) for internationals, so I've had to rule them out, but here are the ones I have researched so far. I need a combination of a good academic program + scholarship opportunities + study abroad semester. So unfortunately places like UCLA or Penn State are out of the question, I guess Northwestern is not an option either.

So, any opinion or suggestion about the ones on my list is welcome that way I can start planning in advance. And if someone has any other suggestions I can look into I will appreciate it a lot!:
