I like UW Seattle, Wisconsin M. U., and UT Austin, since its really cheap in state. Do these schools offer good academic or athletic scholarships? What top public do? Pre med?

Merit for OOS isn’t available most places. You won’t get any money from the UWs for OOS. Instate TX apply and see. What sport are you recruitable for, isn’t the recruit timetable over, I’m not too familiar with that? Ohio has some OOS scholarship called the Buckeye. Sometimes Univ of Minnesota awards merit to OOS. Alabama has scholarships that are automatic for grades and scores and there is a list in the financial aid forum of other but they are not quite as prominent as the ones you name, see the threads pinned at the top. Same with low cost OOS, there are thread for that but they are not ‘top publics.’

Why do you say ‘premed?’

Here is a table that lists costs for OOS

And athletic scholarships are totally different. It depends on the sport and how much you are recruited. At major sports (football, basketball) there are multiple full ride scholarships. At non-mainstream sports, not so much. Your coach should be able to help you there.
