Hi,
Which are the best American univeristy for doing Masters leading to PhD with full scholarship. I have done my graduation from India. I am talking of international students scholarships.

I have explored few american universities like MIT that offer RA and TA posts but those are performance based which means if you maintain excellent record, your scholarship is cancelled. Which university will be the best for me, if I want to do MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from America with full scholarship without too much of pressure and anxiety for maintaining scholarship.

I am a reasonably good student:-) so I can afford to take a bit of calculated risk. Your suggestions are most welcome.
Thanks in advance.
