This is not close to good enough I want > 2200’s so what should I do now? I have both direct hits books, the blue book and I borrowed kapplan 2400 from the library. What would be the best approach to ensure I get a better score by January? I read in direct hits that silver turtles guide is amazing should I check it out? Thanks in advance for the help I relize I have quite a bit of studying to do. I think my essay would have been closer to a 7 if it matters.

Make sure you understand why you got those questions wrong. Is it a rushing issue or is it an “i don’t know how to do this”? Understanding why you got them wrong is crucial.
For writing, know your grammar rules as well as typical SAT grammar mistakes. This allows you to know what you’re looking for.
For math, know some math strategies. But if it’s a knowledge issue, read some review book.
For critical reading, just make sure you can support the answers in the passage and don’t go with what sounds good to you. But if you’re getting vocab wrong, learn more vocab.

thanks spellweaver I do need to learn more vocab I’m going through direct hits hopefully it’ll help.
