<p>As a total non art program, I’d always heard that RISD is the best program (not the RISD-Brown joint program in particular, though that program is obviosuly great for someone who is an outstanding student and artist). I also know that MICA is (or at least was for a while) ranked somewhere as the third best art school in the country, with I think Parsons in second. </p>
