<p>I would say definitely PNC. I believe that there are 2-3 PNC banks on campus and a majority of students seem to have accounts w/PNC></p>
<p>Don’t say majority… I guarantee that fewer than 50% of students have accounts with PNC. That said, PNC has a partnership with Penn, so it likely does command a plurality of students.</p>
<p>If you’re eligible for it, open an account with USAA bank… by far the best bank I’ve ever used. If you’re not eligible, PNC’s probably the way to go.</p>
