Best Blu-ray disc for new HD TV?

<p>Our old TV finally died. We bought a brand new HD flat screen tv and blu-ray player. What is your recommendation for a great Blu-ray movie that would be a fun flick to watch for our first time using all this great equipment? We pretty much like all genres except for horror.</p>

<p>Earth has some great color and scenery, but it wouldn’t appeal to everyone. It’s the first movie we watched on our new TV this year.</p>

<p>This shows off the advantages of the HD, very interesting if you like any nature shows. Even our college-age and 20-somethings liked it.</p>

<p>Same suggestions here: Up and Planet Earth. Spectacular on our Sony Blu-Ray. Most other movies haven’t looked much different to us on Blu-Ray.</p>

<p>Planet Earth is spectacular on Blu-Ray. It was actually recommended to H and me by two of our 20-something-year-old kids.</p>
