I got an 800 on CR and what helped me the most was this article on prepscholar: http://blog.prepscholar.com/how-to-get-800-on-sat-reading-10-strategies-by-a-perfect-scorer
I was scoring in the 700s, so I knew if I just answered a few more questions correctly, I could get a perfect score. Another tip for doing well on CR is to remember you’re analyzing what the author says, not what you think. This was the mistake I made the most, and being conscious of it helped me to do better.
