Learning about the Windows Operating System and Virtualization (I assume that you mean a particular package like VMWare) is technical education. You may use Windows and Windows applications in a CS program but more of the focus in CS programs is usually placed on math and theory and less on specific platforms. Yes, you do a lot of programming but it’s designed to be generic so that you can work on any platform that you have to.

Thanks BCEagle91.
Yes, i have to learn Operating systems & virtualization fundamentals in Generic.
Let me know the best graduate school for learning those subjects.

I don’t work in those areas and am not familiar with the best schools in those areas.

For a wider audience with exposure to grad schools and these topics, you might try asking about this on SlashDot. I do see posts about undergrad and grad school from time to time there.

People who work in virtualization (at companies like VMware, Citrix, and the like tend to have strong OS and computer architecture backgrounds. MIT, Stanford, and CMU are some of the schools that have top OS and computer architecture people (as assessed by academia).
