What is the best school that I could get into? By best I mean nationally ranked by USA and World.
Is John Hopkins a good fit? I want to definitely study medicine.
I would say that Johns Hopkins would definitely be your target/high reach school. You should definitely consider UCSD, University of California - San Francisco, and University of Washington. If you are considering in-state schools, definitely consider University of Rochester. All these are profound medical schools that are your target/high reach schools. However, these programs are still very competitive so it’s crucial that you put full effort into all of these applications.
Anyways, you are a very well-rounded applicant and you should be successful in gaining admittance to a majority of the schools you consider.
What is your financial situation? Find your match and safety schools first, then look for reaches. Odds are so much higher that you will be at a match or safety, so figure those out first.
Also, URochester is private, so the in-state aspect doesn’t matter, at least for cost. Same list price for everyone.
price honestly isn’t a problem for me, but that said, I’m not trying to pay ridiculous amounts (think 55k+). Also would Boston University be a good fit?
