<p>UT Austin ought to be a 5! My D spent 5 weeks at a summer program there 2-3 summers ago, and we saw the fattet squirrels. They were friendly to a fault. One was lounging on the sidewake, and D exclaimed “he must be dead.” I was sure he was relaxing. Sure enough, as we walked by he stretched a little and smiled.</p>
