Best colleges for pre-med programs?

I have heard from a few people that there are a few colleges close to and inside nyc that have good medical programs. Some do not even require you to take the MCAT during your last year and once you graduate they have their own medical school that you can get placed into. Any help would be appreciated.

Be aware that admission to any BA/MD program is extremely competitive. (Like an admission-to-Harvard level of competitiveness)

Every program has its own unique policies about whether or not a MCAT is required, what is the minimum MCAT score (if required), minimum GPA needed to remain in the program ,etc.
