<p>smu probably is, ut-dallas is relatively good in techology and computer fields. but neither of these schools are noteworthy nationally.</p>

<p>The most “selective” (according to Princeton Review) is UT-Dallas. You might not find a real traditional campus atmosphere there, however. I don’t think they have any sports teams. I know they don’t have a choir. Only 21% of the students live on campus.</p>

<p>SMU (and TCU in Ft.Worth) would give you a more traditional college experience. Both have a strong Greek system.</p>

<p>I hear a lot of good things about University of Dallas (if you could go for a conservative Roman Catholic school.) However, their campus is less than beautiful.</p>
