<p>I’ve been researching, looking for a music production certificate or degree along the lines of the one at Berklee School of Music - [Electronic</a> Production and Design Major | Berklee College of Music](<a href=“http://www.berklee.edu/majors/electronic-production-design.html]Electronic”>Bachelor of Music in Electronic Production and Design)</p>
<p>Something that specializes in electronic music, or learning audio technology, sound design, synthesizers, critical listening, etc. I know Berklee’s program is pretty unique, but I’d like to beef up my gpa and application by going to a community college for this sort of stuff first, if such a program exists Also, price is a factor. </p>
<p>What’s are some of the best community colleges in the country in general? Do they have a program sorta like this? What are the best community colleges in the country that have a program sorta like this?</p>
<p>Also, I live in San Francisco and am hoping to get far away from california for whatever school i choose, so somewhere closer to the east coast would be ideal for me.</p>
