If I always dreamed of creating a technology company like Apple or Samsung, what’s the best concentration to do? Economics? Business administration? Or double concentrate with both or another field. And between the two which is better to make a concentration and which a secondary?

There is no Business Administration concentration. So if you want to take technology that has been developed by others and monetize it, Econ. If you want to be the one developing the technology - Physics, Computer Science or Engineering may be good choices.

Ralph: let me be blunt. Visionary entrepreneurs aren’t sitting around lacking imagination and wondering what they’ll study in college while hovering over a Harvard college forum.

Very rarely are there tech visionaries coming out of business/economic undergrad programs. Both Bill Gates and Zuckerberg started out in CS.

If you want to found Samsung, what you do is get born into a wealthy family and use family money to do something completely different for a generation or more, like food distribution and noodle manufacturing. Samsung was around for 30 years, and already a major company in Korea, before it did anything in the electronics industry.

Harvard doesn’t exactly seem like the best match for this type of thing… Have you considered somewhere like UPenn/Wharton? I think this would suit your interests very well, especially the Jerome-Fisher program. Check it out.
