<p>Just like the title explains. My daughter is interested in studying law but also wants a university which has an excellent dance program. She’s been dancing for 10 years and wants to continue wants she enters college. She has stated colleges in California but I consider that a bit far from Florida. I’d rather her stay within the East coast. </p>

<p>Since there really isn’t such a thing as pre-law, she should probably just look for the best academic quality she can get and then she can major in history, economics, english or some such and minor in dance. I think that Tufts is supposed to be good because it has a connection to a dance school in boston. But is Tufts possible for her? What are her stats?</p>
<p>She’s in the IB program. She’s a sophomore and has a 3.86 W and a 4.5 UW which will increase later on because of her AP classes.</p>
<p>All of the following are academically strong liberal arts colleges and also have dance programs: Look at Connecticut College, and, if she is open to women’s colleges, Smith, Mt. Holyoke, Bryn Mawr, and Barnard.</p>

<p>UNC has a great dance team. It will be a reach for OOS. Any top LAC and/or university should have dance and good academics. I would find out what kind of school she wants (big, small, med, rural, urban) and go from there.</p>
