I want a SAT writing prep book for over the summer practice. My school is dreadful and does not teach us the fundamentals of English (I don’t even know why they offer the class), and I seriously need some help. I score around 500 (I know) because I have never been taught any of it. Is there a SAT prep book that is EASY TO UNDERSTAND and is FILLED WITH A PLETHORA of practice questions. I want to really improve this and get it to about 700. While I understand it may be unrealistic, it is certainly my main target. Any recommendation.

One of the biggest problem with some prep books I see is that (I am talking about general sat prep books, not the specific section prep books) is that they tell you how to solve a problem or what the problem looks like but gives you only one example to solve for yourself. It really solidifies in my head the problem if I have quite a few of practice to solve right after I learned it, and then in the end, have bunch mixed together. Is there any book that fits the above criteria.

Any suggestion is welcome.
