Best EC Ever (IMO)!!! Chances at Ivy?

<p>Let me know what you think my chances are at UPenn Warton, Harvard, Yale, Princton and Stanford. </p>

<p>I go to a very good Public School in Michigan</p>

<p>GPA: 3.9 reg. 4.2 weighted
ACT: 32 (34,33,29,30) 9
NO SAT (ever)
NO SAT II (Yet)
4 years of all core classes
2/3 honors/AP per year (but not hardest corse load)
Top 5% (don’t actually have though) out of 300 students</p>

<p>Extracurriculars!!</p>

<p>Founder/CEO of Non-profit organization/business called “WaterforaCause” raised over $25,000 (so far) by selling water and raising money through various other fundraisers. Money goes to helping African communities who are without clean water. </p>

<p>Eagle Scout: Eagle project =Lake restoration (water conservation)</p>

<p>Where can I find some more information about WaterforaCause? Is it a registered corporation (if so what state)?</p>

<p>Otherwise, looks like a pretty good chance.</p>

<p>Your courseload could be a slight bit tougher, and the ACT a bit higher–but all the ECs really look good–as does the fact that you have been working and raising money for this cause, obviously.</p>

<p>Your ACT is the equivalent of a 2145–too light in my opinion for Harvard and Yale without the top-notch ECs.</p>

<p>I expect you to get into Wharton with your great ECs, despite the low ACT score, but I don’t see you getting into the others, especially if you are not top 5% in your class yet.</p>

<p>Also, you haven’t taken your SAT IIs yet–which makes rating you difficult, obviously. Repost once these have been taken–and then we’ll check again.</p>

<p>Lastly, if you can get your ACT up to around 34, then I think the top Ivies and Stanford become a lot more likely. On the other hand, you look like a person who would like Wharton more than the other Ivies anyway.</p>
