<p>There is no answer to that question. It depends on your field of interest, and I don’t just mean something like “electrical engineering”. I mean your specific research topic. On the average, Ohio State is the best of those three, but there’s no way I can say it is best for your specific area of interest with so little information. PhD programs are not like BS programs.</p>
