<p>Interesting. Here are the criteria used for the evaluation:

It seems reasonable though a little undefined (admittance criteria). I have to wonder at the rigor of an article written by a freshman journalism major (who places her own school on the list), though it is about rankings for which everyone has an opinion.</p>
