<p>What are your favorite things to do with/on it? Best apps?</p>
<p>I got mine for Christmas this year and I am addicted to Words with friends. My kid plays Angry Birds constantly. I signed up to see the free app of the day on FB from kindle fire dept.and I download them if they look interesting. I also enjoy reading the short stories that are available on amazon.</p>

<p>This is a great little blog that usually lists one free app a day as well as a book deal of the day. It also has lots of “how dos” if you read previous entries.</p>
<p>I gave one to my wife for the holidays and she said the touch screen was a little slow to respond. Anyone have any tips for this “issue”?</p>
