Best law school for class action law

Which is it?

There is no law school that is best for that particular subject. Law school is mostly for learning the basics in a number of areas. You learn about class actions as part of the law school’s civil procedure courses. You should not be choosing or even thinking about choosing a law school based on what it has on class actions. If there were a law school that even touted itself as being the best in class actions, I would seriously consider avoiding going to it. Better to strive instead for getting into the highest ranked law school that you can.

I agree that you should just aim for the best quality school you can get into. However, once you identify range you are likely to be in, you could check out the clinical programs those schools offer to see which are most appealing and which might handle class actions or other law reform matters.
