Best Law Schools in the Corporate Law Specialty?

<p>I looked on USNWR, did a google search, etc. and I can’t seem to find the best law schools for corporate law. It’s not listed under specialties at USNWR. I suspect it’s the usual suspects (Harvard, Columbia, Chicago, NYU, etc) but I just want to make sure.</p>

<p>Corporate law’s not really a specialty so much as a sector. It’s analogous to “private practice” in medicine – doesn’t tell you his “specialty” (surgery, pediatrics, etc.), just what kind of employer he has.</p>

<p>Corporate law work is generally either litigation, regulatory, or transactions. I don’t have USN access, but I suspect at least one of those is a ranked subfield.</p>

<p>In any case, what I’ve been told here is that subfield rankings don’t really matter.</p>
