Liberal arts colleges are not that likely to have biomedical engineering or any other engineering.
Science and math majors are fairly common, but offerings range from minimum to extensive, depending on the school / department. Those with minimum offerings may not allow much elective choice within the major for all types of post-graduation goals that students in the major may choose.
There are some LACs with engineering and strong STEM programs (although probably not biomedical engineering). You can look into Lafayette, Bucknell, Union, and Trinity (CT).
