I’m currently looking to attend a community college since my grades can’t get me into any other school for free (with financial aid I can attend CC for free) so I can transfer to a school that has chemistry as a major, as this CC does not.

None of the courses offered at this CC seems related to chemistry or chemical engineering at all…here is a full list:

Does the community college have the following courses:

Chemistry: general chemistry (year sequence), organic chemistry (year sequence)
Math: freshman calculus, multivariable calculus, linear algebra, differential equations
Physics: calculus-based sequence (year) for scientists and engineers including mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism
English composition
Other humanities and social studies courses

?

If so, it may have enough to fulfill transfer requirements for chemical engineering or chemistry at a state university – check the state university’s transfer credit web site.

You can also check other community colleges to see if they have the needed prerequisites.

Note that chemical engineering has better job and career prospects than chemistry does.
