<p>Chinese is not a good choice if you are just looking at marketability. There’s absolutely no shortage of Chinese nationals in accounting programs in the US. If they are eager to have someone who can speak Chinese they’ll be able to find someone a lot better at it than you. </p>
<p>If you want to minor in Chinese for other reasons, then that’s a different story.</p>
