Best MIS Undergrad college for a transfer student

<p>I will be a freshman at Harper Community College in IL. I want to major in MIS. I want to transfer into UTA McCombs or IU Kelly. Are these schools hard to get into? Do you know any other colleges that have a good MIS program? I am mainly looking to go out of state. </p>

<p>There are many good MIS programs. However, since you’re an incoming frosh and you’re looking to where to transfer to, much will depend on your college grades and how much your family will pay.</p>

<p>OOS publics like UT and UI will expect your parents to pay all/near all costs. What are your parents saying about budget?</p>
