<p>Believe me when I say i’ve checked into EVERY apartment complex in the State College area and they are all full and on “waiting list” status…so in the mean time, I’d like to know where would be the best place to live (not very noisy, around $3-450/month) so that I can figure out where I want to be put on a waiting list. I already have somewhere to live, but only until next summer. Thanks!</p>

<p>I don’t know about Vairo, but the other 3 are full. and Vairo is out of the question for me because that is out of my price range.</p>
