<p>Me again!!</p>

<p>Since we are in the US only for a week I was thinking of ordering some clothes for the boys online and getting the delivery to a friends in LA. That will be our last halt before we fly off.</p>

<p>Kids like ecko unltd t-shirts and Ambercombie plus nike and stuff. I am not sure if we will have the time to really go looking for specific stuff.</p>

<p>Also needed AP prep books, could do that on Amazon I guess.</p>

<p>Too bad Marshalls does not have online shopping. I usually find a lot of stuff there.</p>

<p>Lastly which Pizza chains are good? I mean like the New York slices…we will be in SF, St Louis, Atlanta, Austin and LA. Kids are excited about in and out burger like they have never eaten a hamburger before!!</p>

<p>I have a son who is very fashion conscious (in a subtle way). His shopping preferences include Hollister over Abercrombie, Levis (have made a huge, huge comeback) - they have a skinnier fit that is not as dramatic as ‘skinny jeans’, and Birkenstock ‘clogs’. JCrew is also high on his list. T-shirts will be easy…just pick one up from each college visit.</p>

<p>When in Austin, you MUST have Conans pizza… they’re known for their deep-dish pizza and it is a huge favorite with the college crowd; there’s one right by campus. I’ve yet to find any place in Chicago (known for the deep-dish pizza) that’s as good.</p>

<p>I agree Ellemenope. Not to sound like a commercial, but I also like their medium two topping pizza for $5 (minimum of 2) and their new online ordering that even allows light or no cheese…and spinach!</p>

<p>American Apparel. Amazon carries a LOT of brands, as well.</p>

<p>Life is too short to eat chain pizza. Ask the locals what the local specialty food is, ask them where to go, and eat that in each city. Then you’ll see the real differences between the cities and the cultures of those cities. Think of it like eating sushi in Japan, pad thai in Thailand, poke in Hawaii, crawfish in New Orleans, red chile in New Mexico, salmon in Seattle…</p>

<p>Gap has a great on-line clothing website–stuff for male and female. I don’t have patience with websites that aren’t user friendly; the Gap site is quick and easy. I’d put it up there with Amazon. Gap has a nice selection of clothing for young people–maybe a little preppy, but not too much so. Amazon also has clothing.</p>
