Best path to be hired by an i-banking firm

<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>I am a Cornell GT (guaranteed transfer) after 1.5 years. What is the best path for me to take so I can be hired by an I-Banking firm after graduation?</p>

<p>I’ve narrowed my first 1.5 years to be at either Hamilton College or William & Mary. Does it make a difference if I will end up with a Cornell degree?</p>

<p>get a 4.0 GPA. get honors. do something that makes you stand out from the pack–e.g. student body president, start a club, launch your own business, etc. know why ibanking and what it is. pray for luck.</p>

<p>oh. and network like a beast (this is prob. the most important thing)</p>
