<p>What are the best places that list scholastic scholarships that are open to females? My school has a few and they are really competitive but I want to ensure the burden on my parents is limited. </p>
<p>the best scholarships are from colleges. the ones that you are likely looking at are only for frosh year…that wont help your parents much.</p>

<p>I’m applying next year so my name should actually say 2019 (oops!!) I have about 3.9 
and I scored 2325 on the SAT but I don’t like to throw my stats around as people seem to have different views on whether or not exam scores and gpa really matter. I try to round myself out with sports, volunteering and other stuff. </p>

<p>If you are competing for money, scores & GPA matter quite a lot, especially for merit scholarships. </p>
<p>Most scholarships are not gender specific, so don’t limit yourself to looking at ones for girls.</p>
