<p>Novice here but want to try to archive some family photos and notes. Not looking for bells and whistles but looking for advice on a user friendly program for a first effort. Any ideas? Thanks :)</p>
<p>Adobe Premiere Elements is pretty easy to use. You can sometimes get it in a nice discount bundle with Photoshop Elements. They are both stripped-down versions of much more expensive software, but they do a lot.</p>
