<p>Pests are really not a problem in NYU residence halls. In my 4 years of living in the NYU dorms, I only had an encounter with a mouse once. The problem was very quickly solved by a gift that my roommate’s girlfriend gave him: A kitten. </p>
<p>We got the kitten in our dorm room 3 days after I saw the mouse. The rodent was never to be seen or heard from again…</p>
<p>I still don’t understand. Why is goddard not a choice on the freshmen housing form? Isn’t explorations in the other dorms too? Is goddard all explorations?</p>
<p>You can’t keep pets…but we did anyway. It’s not whether you can do it, it’s whether you are slick enough to pull it off that counts. In a college residence hall, a cat is much easier to keep than a dog.</p>
